Kang Shi Chul คัง ซีชอล 姜时哲

Kang Shi Chul is a marketing expert and trend strategist. After graduating from the College of Liberal Arts at Korea University in 1983, he began his career at the advertising agency Oricom. In the late 1990s, while earning his PhD in Business Administration, he was among the earliest to propose forward-looking industrial strategies for internet business. Over more than 30 years, he has researched the broader IT industry — including internet business, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence — establishing himself as a leading authority in the field. He has collaborated with Professor Kwon Soon Yong, a pioneer in smart hospital development, to research AI-based medical systems. He taught at the University of Oregon in the United States (1987) and at the Graduate School of Business at Sogang University (2014), and was the first in Korea to develop electric vehicles and electric fishing boats. He currently serves as Chairman of Tebulus, Chairman of AMD Investment Group, and Chairman of the Alliance for the Eradication of AI Illiteracy. His awards include the Korea Innovation Enterprise Award (2020), Korea Top CEO Award (2018), and the Creative Management Award (2017). His published works include The Era of Meta-Medicine Has Arrived, AI Big History: 10 to the 22nd Power, Artificial Intelligence Networks and Super Business, Disruption, and Handicap Marketing.

姜时哲是韩国营销专家与趋势策略师，1983年毕业于高丽大学文科学院，入职广告公司Oricom开始职业生涯。1990年代末攻读工商管理博士期间，他敏锐察觉互联网的巨大潜力，是韩国最早提出互联网产业前瞻战略的人士之一。三十余年来，他深耕IT产业，涵盖互联网商业、物联网（IoT）及人工智能领域，已成为该领域权威专家。他与智慧医院先驱权顺龙教授合作，共同研究以AI为基础的医疗系统。曾执教于美国俄勒冈大学（1987年）及西江大学商学研究生院（2014年），是韩国最早研发电动汽车与电动渔船的人士。现任Tebulus会长、AMD Investment Group会长及消除AI文盲联盟会长。所获荣誉包括：韩国创新企业奖（2020年）、韩国顶级CEO奖（2018年）及创意经营奖（2017年）。著有《元医疗时代来临》《AI大历史：10的22次方》《人工智能网络与超级商业》《颠覆》《障碍营销》等。
